During an emergency responding quickly is critical, and the easier it is to respond the faster you can get help, limiting the disastrous consequences.
This is why we designed True Guardian. Its ease of use and utility for the real world makes it simple and straightforward to facilitate critical communications and emergency response effectively.
True Guardian is a wearable compact pendant that allows for portability and one-handed operation—comparable to a standard TV remote with two buttons—and is configurable to meet your school’s or organization’s specific needs.
At the push of a button the user can discreetly alert authorities, providing them the exact location where the emergency is unfolding. Using True Guardian’s second button the user can initiate a pre-programmed lockdown mode, should the emergency call for it.
When the user presses the first button quickly it initiates “Monitor Mode,” which acts as a silent alarm that also begins recording audio of the incident.
When the user presses and holds button one, “Call Mode” is initiated, allowing for two-way communication between the user and whoever else is in the designated group, or with the authorities.
When the user presses the second button, emergency lockdown is activated. Doing so triggers a remote service that locks the doors to the facility in a pre-defined radius.
When both buttons are pressed at the same time, the device’s camera begins recording images. Pressing both buttons again stops the recording and turns the camera off.
As an incident unfolds, True Guardian can record every detail with its compact, high-definition camera, ensuring an accurate and indisputable record of the event.
With the True Guardian platform two-way audio is real-time and crucial to decimating information to the users and those responsible for coordinating the response. The TG platform allows for First Responders or others to quickly be added to participate in an event.
